Enterprise Network Operations Good to Have Skills : Network Infrastructures Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : -Handle P1/P2 incidents and resolve -Liaising and collaborate with different technical and non-technical domains across the GNOC -Lead the team during Change Executions or incidents handling technical escalations -Map Business requirements and translate these requirements into functional technical specifications -Contribute on Network Service Improvement by recommending Design,architect,and implementation Technical Experience : -Should have at least 2 years of experience in Cisco Routing and Switching -Should have understanding on LAN and WAN Architecture -Should have Hands on experience on Cisco Routing, switching various protocols OSFP, BGP, VLAN, STP, WIFI Switching, HSRP, Subnetting, QOS, ACL, Dot1x, AAA etc -Should have good understanding and hands-on experience in implementation Professional Attributes : -Ability to organize and plan work independently -Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment -Efficient communication skills Educational Qualification: -Preferably BE/ BTech Additional Info : -Should be CCNA Certified.
