Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Initiate and maintain open, clear, and frequent communication with
residential clients to uncover their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
Concept Development: Develop and present design concepts that align with the client's
vision, incorporating their style, needs, and aspirations.
Space Planning: Create efficient and personalized interior layouts that maximize space
utilization and complement the client's daily routines.
Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, color palettes, furnishings, and
finishes to create a harmonious and cohesive design.
Furniture and Accessories Sourcing: Select and source furniture, lighting, and decor that
suit the design concept and client's tastes.
Budget Management: Work within budget constraints, providing cost estimates, and
offering cost-effective design solutions.
Visualization: Utilize 2D and 3D design software to create visual representations of the
proposed design for client review and approval.
Client Presentation: Professionally present design proposals and concepts to clients,
addressing feedback and revisions as necessary.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and artisans to ensure the
smooth execution of the design plan.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction and installation progress, address
any issues, and maintain quality control.
Project Management: Oversee the entire design project, ensuring it is executed according
to the agreed timeline
