Marketing Facilitator Job in Arth Manpower Consultants

1. 2 years experience in
agriculture/horticulture/marketing/ value chain
development/post-harvest management.
2. Experience in the linkage of farmer organizations
to markets, including though value chain
engagement;
3. Familiarity with agriculture marketing systems
and issues in India at sub-national levels and
practical experience of farmer organization at field
level;
4. Ability to develop and maintain close association
with farming communities;
5. Experience in facilitating and chairing meetings
with farmers;
6. Good organizational and planning skills and an
ability to adhere to timelines;
7. Knowledge of local dialects and customs shall be
preferred.
8. Good writing skills; fluency in written and spoken
