Job Summary

Devises and implements both short term and long term strategies of the oragnisation inorder to achieve leadership position
Develops long term strategies for growth, thinks globally by taking a broad view of the business and its opportunities
Establishes organizational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements and determining quality and patient service strategies.
Plans, directs, monitors and appraises the contribution of the doctors
Identifies, nurtures, and channelizes the energies and strengths of the doctors and motivates them constantly.
Develops patient care strategies by researching, observing the trends in the medical world.
Generates reports regarding the quality of medical care and working of the medical staff. Act as channel of communication between the management and the medical staff.
Develops multifunctionality
Benchmarks and implements best practices in the organizational functioning, which would not settle for complacency.
Identify and attend training programmes that would enhance knowledge and skills required development of self, functional and multifunctional abilities.
Encourage and develop team members multi functionality
Identifies and performers and nonperformers in the organization an chalking out an action plan for their development and growth in tune with the organisational objectives and in consultation with the Human Resources function.
Builds relationships with other dignitaries in the hospital industry and other local dignitaries.
