Cloud Engineering Manager Job in Aruba Networks

Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development. Cloud Strategy and Architecture: Contribute to the development of the organization's cloud strategy and architecture. Evaluate business requirements and technical needs to design scalable and secure cloud solutions. Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and implement service improvements. Collaborate with security teams to ensure cloud environments meet security and compliance requirements. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, operations, and product management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical concepts and align cloud initiatives with business objectives. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within cloud operations. Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. What you need to bring: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in managing and leading a team of cloud engineers. Extensive experience in developing and managing large scale Cloud Applications Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
