What you ll do: Design, test and/or commissioning of wired communication systems with involvement in the complete design lifecycle Knowledge of VLANs, QOS, trunking, RSTP, PVSTP+, ACLs, SNMP, VRRP Working knowledge of 802.11a/b/g/n/ac radios Good knowledge on the routing concepts and protocols like OSPF & BGP Knowledge of ITSM applications such as service NOW/Remedy Good working or theoretical knowledge of Ethernet, Industrial Ethernet Knowledge of general wireless concepts like SNR, tx rate, rx rate, radio management Live scenario troubleshooting (such as latency issues, application slowness etc) Design experience with Aruba SDWAN, AOS-CX switches is a plus Knowledge of Aruba Airwave and Central is a plus Knowledge of network wireless survey and use of Ekahau tool is a plus Good communication skills written & Oral Experience in handling Network outages What you need to bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Typically 6-8 years experience. Using appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to design components and solutions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Understanding of material properties and hardware, software, and electrical component design Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
