Job Summary
  • 1. Develop Master Trainers among VRPs/LFs on Organic farming and other agriculture activities
  • 2. Support in identifying farmers/producers and initiate their registration process.
  • 3. Be in constant communication for trouble shooting support to facilitate effective implementation of agriculture activities at the field
  • 4. Shall be responsible for the quality of agri. interventions at the field
  • 5. Provide progress data/ reports to the vertical head for compilation of season end reports, donor reports, etc.
  • 6. Ensure that self assessment, 2nd & 3rd party evaluation is done timely and appropriately.
  • 7. Organising Mid & End Year workshops/Krishi Katha along with VH for cross learning along with data consolidation & analysis.
  • 8. Coordination of seed production related field operations & quality control at various levels at production & processing.
  • 9. Arrange to collect parent material from different agencies / dept. as per seed prod. Plan
  • 10. Organizing training on quality seed production to seed producer farmers
  • 11. Follow seed production cultivation techniques as per the manual/ instruction from VH-Seed prod, including harvesting & post-harvest handling & care
  • 12. Provide suggestions/ recommendations to tackle problems if any encountering during seed production
  • 13. Ensure successful execution of seed prod, its processing, treatment, certification and bagging, etc.
  • 14. Monitoring of seed procurement process and quality checks to avoid intake of any inferior seed material
  • 1. Support in formation, incorporation and establishment of FPO as agribusiness enterprise.
  • 2. Support in developing and establishing governing systems and procedures in FPO
  • 3. Facilitate in developing business plan, mobilizing working capital and achieving business plan targets.
  • 4. Liaison with the local admin, rural dept, agri. dept & others for necessary financial and Inputs support
  • 5. Develop network with agriculture input, seed Co., etc.
  • 6. Execution of Seeds production plan and other business activities like support for increasing of sales turnover, provide linkage with manufacturers, suppliers, trading of agri. inputs, marketing of their produces, etc. Help in raising loans thru' diff. financial institutions.
  • 7. Progress monitoring of FPOs and appraise Hub Co-ord.
  • 8. Support in MIS management of FPO
  • 9. Coordinate with CISSPO for financial linkage, completion of statutory obligations related with statutory audit, sales, ITR, RoC, etc.
  • 10. Timely redresssal/ compliance of audit queries of FPO
