Responsible for researching and developing new products and making modifications to existing products and processes to improve overall efficiency.Basics in material science, thin film science & technology/ applications, thin film deposition techniques, vacuum and vacuum systems, thin film characterization techniques.Basics and hands on experience in Software tools for designing thin film stacks, such as OptiLayer, CODE etc.,Basics and hands on experience with tuning of magnet bars.Analytical skills to design experiments, analyse the data, making/ communicating reports.Experience in large area industrial vacuum coaters in process or product development roleKnowledge/ experience in statistical analysis tools SPC etc.Knowledge of using basic software like MS Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
