This is a Developer - Test Automation role, Reporting to the Manager Research & Development in business area Industrial Automation (IA) located in Bangalore and you will be contributing with own ideas to identify, propose and implement innovative technology development and solutions. Solve industrial problems independently.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the test automation initiative for development projects.
• Evaluating emerging automation tools and frameworks and make recommendations to the project team.
• Creating and maintaining Test Complete/Selenium Scripts written in C#/Python Scripting language.
• Running Selenium & Test Complete test scripts on systems and report results in a Dashboard in DevOps.
• Running test scripts in remote nodes using master and slave concepts (Network suite).
• Supporting team members in creating Test scripts.

Your background

• MCA/B.Tech/B.E from a reputed University in Computer Science /Electronics/Instrumentation.
• Required 5 to 8 Years of experience in Control Systems / Industrial Automation Systems 800xA, Centum, Experion, Delta V.
• Should have experience in C#, .Net Core, Python Programming, Selenium and Test complete automation tools.
• Should have experience and knowledge in computer networking, configurations, Cloud, Virtualization and Network Security.
• Should have experience in Agile, Defect Life cycle, Test Automation, understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Defect Management, white and black box test methodologies.
• Should be proficient with Microsoft Operating systems.
• Should have knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD methodologies.
• Should have problem solving skills and experience in working with globally distributed teams with good communication and coordination.
