This is a Global HR Business Partner Finance Operations role reporting into Global HRBP for Global Business Services (GBS). In this role you will be the Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the GBS Finance Operations supporting Accounts Payables ,P2P (Procure to Pay) ; Accounts Receivables,O2C (Order to Cash), General Accounting ,R2R ( Record To Re-port) and other finance operations spread in HUBS and Front Offices. You will be driving and implementing key HR process in support of your client groups with strong focus on delivering value to the GBS Function, translating functional priorities into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation of the HR strategy and priorities in collaboration with business and HR interfaces at all levels. You will be playing a critical role in being a strong business partner as well as an employee advocate.

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as strategic HR Business Partner to business managers by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice.
  • Ensuring people and organizational capabilities required by the Business in the mid and long term are understood and actioned.
  • Ensuring that business positions in the short term are adequately staffed to meet and exceed the business targets.
  • Facilitating and optimizing organization structure with the BL operating model and guiding principles including restructuring and redeployment of people.
  • Fostering high performance culture by effectively managing the performance management system and continuously improving the quality of the performance management process.
  • Developing organization competency to support short term, mid-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Retaining and developing key position holders and key talents with support of business managers. Leading change management initiatives and align behavioral changes for effective delivery of business results and individual redeployment tar-gets.
  • Applying in-depth business knowledge to support and coach managers implementing necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, recognition.
  • You will be challenged to think outside of the box to provide simpler solutions to current process and procedures while improving the overall efficiency of HR processes and systems.
  • You will have opportunity to learn Lean methodology and opportunity to implement in day to day HR tasks.

Your background

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, more specifically in a professional environment.
  • High problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior level combining a strong customer service focus with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
  • Global mind-set, inter-cultural sensitivity and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Must poses strong understanding of ABB HR systems, processes and applications required to effectively support respective client groups.
  • Preferred location is Krakow, Poland but other location will also be considered.
  • No relocation assistance will be offered.
