Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities The Operations Transformation Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering transformational initiatives across various functional areas within an organization. The primary objective of the role is to help the organization achieve operational excellence by streamlining processes, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the organization s goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and define project scope and objectives. Conduct analysis and assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop business cases to support the proposed changes. Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and business partners. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Define and implement metrics to measure project success, monitor progress, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop skills and capabilities. Continuously identify areas of improvement and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations transformation function. Technical Competency Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve common goals. Strong change management skills, with the ability to successfully navigate and manage change in a complex environment. Proven experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness. Experience in developing and implementing metrics to measure project success and monitor progress. Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices. Functional Competency Master s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field 5+ years of experience leading transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization Strong organizational and communication skills. Flexibility, energy, and ability to work well with others in a cross functional environment. Should be able to learn and upskill in new technologies. Being a team player can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
