Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Attending each site visit and following up for conversion
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Executive has to represent company and project sites as assigned to him in various events, exhibitions, camps and canopy activities. He has to individually or as a team take participation.
  • Executive has to conduct home visits in case of requirement and on call of customer.
  • Executive has to close deal, handle any after sales services, sort out grievances of customers and close all matter related to customers with immediate effect.
  • Executive must be fine tuned and updated with all the nearby happenings of Real estate. He must aware with the moves of competitors and can conduct market research for the same and report to management
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Experience Required :
