Job Summary

Developing strategy for generating business and thereby setting quarterly targets.
Creating a team of business development executives to network and bring training programs / business for the Institute.
Creating a database of prospective client organizations and handling the communication with them.
Leading the team to generate business from various sectors.
Handling the daily challenges of the team.
Monthly Review of the targets achieved.
Preparation, presentation and follow ups of training / project proposals to be sent to client organizations.
Arranging resource faculty for the training.
Seeking required approvals from top management for conduct of training.
Ensure the design and delivery of the training program in consultation with the concerned faculty.
Raising the invoice to client organization and ensuring the receipt of the payment. Follow up for repeat programs from the same organizations.

Qualification :
Education, Teaching, Training

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
