Job Summary
  • Developing strategy for generating business and thereby setting quarterly targets.
  • Creating a team of business development executives to network and bring training programs / business for the Institute.
  • Creating a database of prospective client organizations and handling the communication with them.
  • Leading the team to generate business from various sectors.
  • Handling the daily challenges of the team.
  • Monthly Review of the targets achieved.
  • Preparation, presentation and follow ups of training / project proposals to be sent to client organizations.
  • Arranging resource faculty for the training.
  • Seeking required approvals from top management for conduct of training.
  • Ensure the design and delivery of the training program in consultation with the concerned faculty.
  • Raising the invoice to client organization and ensuring the receipt of the payment. Follow up for repeat programs from the same organizations.

Qualification :
Education, Teaching, Training
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
