Job Summary
UI Developer
Position: UI Developer
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Resolving any bugs/issues in existing apps which are reported by clients or support team
- Co-ordination with QA team for any bugs or issues raised by them during testing
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 ,CSS3 and JavaScript
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS/SCSS
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Familiarity with differences in other HTML5 based views, such as ones in email clients
- Skills in one or more chosen front-end frameworks/libraries like jQuery /AngularJS
- Fair understanding of JavaScript frameworks or JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN
- Proficient knowledge of AJAX and Angular is a must.
