- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Identify target audience s training needs and collaborate with SME to create storyboard through PPT or a Script document
- Conceptualize and design learning activities to engage learners and help them to achieve the relevant learning objectives
- Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Pay close attention for sentence construction and check for spelling, factual and grammatical errors
- Visualize instructional graphics, user interface and the finished product
- Discuss with graphic designer about layouts, mock-ups, and color combinations for the course
- Discuss with 3D modeler for the 3D sets / course images as per the references in PPT
- Collaborate with Quality Controller of Storyboard (QCSB) for the quality control process for images
- Need to assist with developer, to develop the course
- When the course is developed, review the content and assign changes, if any, to the E-Developer
- Once, the course is checked by QA and finalized, review it as a (end user) draft course
- Coordinate with LMS administrator to upload the finalized course into LMS
Qualification : Any bachelor degree
