Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have: Strong technical background and experience with the software tools and techniques used in the Insurance Domain, specifically Guidewire. Proven experience in managing Insurance/Guidewire teams in distributed locations and across different accounts. Hands-on experience in customer interaction and being the face of the customer. Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to manage various support/functional teams. Strong communication skills and expertise to influence and build consistent relationships with team members. Ability to lead initiatives and thought leadership across teams or practices. Competence to provide viable solutions to customers and teams. Ability to streamline and optimize practices, overall delivery, and quality. Willing to work in a highly demanding environment. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in pre-sales and consulting activities. Strong negotiation and attrition management skills. Commitment to developing and mentoring future leaders. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
