Job Summary
- make separate worksheets for average, brilliant & below average students for classwork and homework.
- make chapter wise assessment question banks with answer keys including all types of questions.
- out of which weekly, monthly and half-yearly and yearly question paper are to be prepared.
- receive planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.
- give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.
- ensure implementation of curriculum
- check circulars and newsletters for proper content
- keep track of support programs as and where applicable.
- monitor the activities related to sports & performing arts
- organize events and induction programs for teachers
- conduct curriculum workshops.
- generate reports as on a periodic basis.
- conduct demo sessions for the selection of teachers.
- conduct orientation sessions for teachers
- class observation and staff appraisals.
- partner with the school leadership team to understand and execute team crimson s recommendations & policy enhancement
- lead/support new initiatives such as project based learning, teacher's trainings etc.
- monitor the progress of specific assignment
- generate and provide weekly reports to management
- manage training timelines and workflow and scheduling them.
- actively participate in governing board meetings
- monitor learning and development programs and initiatives created by team crimson for teachers
- oversee the maintenance of compliance with cbse board with the school head.
- perform other duties as assigned.
