Ast/mum/ac/1 -executive Accounts Job in Astm Skills Pvt. Ltd.

• The incumbent would be expected to handle accounts function for assigned business verticals/trades of ASTM The key responsibilities would include:-

• Coordinate with respective stake holders and ensure adherence to accounting processes
• Ensure effective cash flow management for the assigned state offices
• Coordination with customers (internal & external) for accounts receivables / payables (including reimbursements)
• Ensure Project reports are sent to respective stake holders (branch/head office) as per set timelines

Candidate Profile:

• To have exposure to accounting packages Tally, ERP, etc
• To have experience of project accounting
• To have experience of managing petty cash, employee reimbursements and vendor payments
• To be well versed in MS Excel and should be capable of creating project reports
