• UI UX Web Designer

Job Scope

• Optimize digital experience and journey on company and client sites.
• Optimize conversion rates from paid and organic social and digital media by conducting user research, test, then optimize existing user web designs.
• Deliver the best online user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Research, test and implementing new designs for the company and client website.
• Establishing online design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Producing websites or online platforms that will enable company/ client/ product to garner more traffic.
• Exploring external platforms or online tools which can be integrated into our products and website to create a better user experience.
• Optimise website in all aspects of SEO, including metatags, Schema, Image, URL, assets, etc.
• Design & Maintain and WordPress powered websites of the company and clients.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a related domain.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Experience with cross-device/responsive design techniques.
• Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX/UI design.
• Strong Knowledge of WordPress designing and configuration.
• Familiar with page builder, SEO and optimisation WordPress plugins.
• Excellent oral and written command of the English language is essential.
• Strong organizational and people skills are essential.
• Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Creative flair and awareness of current trends in design guidelines like the material design or ant design or similar design frameworks.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, AngularJS will be an added advantage.
