Role Overview Software Implementation Engineer

As a Software Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying ERP software at customer sites, gathering user requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth go-live process. You ll serve as a bridge between the client and our internal development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure ERP software on customer test and production environments
• Deliver onsite and remote support during and after implementation
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during ERP deployment
• Gather customer requirements and communicate them to the development team
• Provide user training and create user manuals
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance product delivery
• Troubleshoot issues across different modules including Accounting, Store, and Purchase
• Coordinate with the service delivery team for accurate deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA or MCA preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation or technical support
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
• Understanding of core business functions like Purchase, Accounting, and Inventory
