Job Description

• Facilitate Recruitment activities as per requirement given by Managers
• Coordinate and meet with the Training Placement Officers (TPO ) in Colleges and Institutes
• Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates
• Introducing the company to Colleges and Institutes
• Assisting in all recruitment activities
• Should be able to build and maintain good rapport with TPO s and Placement Coordinators

• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command over Hindi
• Well organized, ability to multi task
