Position Title: Application Engineer - People Technology Team

Role Overview:

Join our People Technology team as an Application Engineer, where you will leverage your technical expertise to optimize and configure Recruiting and HR technology solutions, including iCIMS ATS, iCIMS CRM, and Workday. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams, contribute to innovative solutions, and continuously expand your technical skills while making a tangible impact on our talent acquisition and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Deployment:

• Analyze requirements and independently design, configure, test, and deploy solutions using iCIMS ATS, iCIMS CRM, and other third-party SaaS applications along with internal Atlassian recruiting systems.

Collaboration & Enhancement:

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams, peer developers, and engineers to build new technology capabilities or enhance existing systems.

iCIMS Support:

• Serve as the point of contact for iCIMS-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely, high-quality support to end-users.

Data Quality Initiatives:

• Drive data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency across iCIMS and integrated systems.

System Performance & Compliance:

• Stay informed about iCIMS updates, industry best practices, and continuously enhance system performance and capabilities. Ensure system security, compliance, and alignment with company policies and industry standards.

Expand Expertise:

• Continuously learn and support additional technologies used by the People Technology team to broaden your expertise.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience configuring HR/recruiting systems, with at least 3 years focused on iCIMS ATS and CRM implementation and support.
• Experience integrating and configuring Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of recruiting and HR business processes.
• Good understanding of general software application design principles.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing custom applications or tools in-house.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA.
