Description

We are looking to hire a skilled Magento Developer to build and maintain eCommerce websites. As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for liaising with the design team, setting up Magento 1x and 2x sites, building modules and customizing extensions, testing the performance of each site, and maintaining security and feature updates after the installation is complete.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• 2+ years of experience working with Magento
• Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JQUERY)
• Familiarity with web standards and usability
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
• Ability to Monitor and optimise Magento website performance, security and speed
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Self-motivated with Go Get It attitude
• Backend development (Magento 2/2.3)
• Database Systems and Design (Mysql)

Responsibility:

• Design and implement architecture for application requirements
• Write clean, scalable code using PHP language with OOP concepts
• Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
• Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline development cycle
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
