Quality Assurance Specialist Job in Atomos It Services Pvt Ltd

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

Perform routine and complex tests on software and data to validate functionality and performance against established standards.

Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.

Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.

Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on test results.

Work closely with the software development team to improve product quality during the development phases.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality objectives and timelines are met.

Keep updated on new testing tools and test strategies.

Assist in the development of automated testing scripts and tools.

Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

Experience with automated testing tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
