Lead and oversee the design process for digital projects, from concept to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to create cohesive and effective designs.

Develop and implement innovative design strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably in a tech or digital environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing creative, contemporary design work.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with user interface design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Experience in leading and mentoring a design team.
