Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad. This role involves lead generation, value-based selling, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients interested in Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and proactive outreach to prospective clients.
  • Promote and position Microsoft Cloud solutions such as Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
  • Engage in value-based selling to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners to foster long-term growth.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align on customer requirements and solution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, activity tracking, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and product updates to effectively engage prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, IT sales, or software product sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal are a must.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outreach.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and cloud technologies is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Any graduate can apply; preference will be given to candidates with IT or computer science backgrounds.
