Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Microsoft Pre-Sales / Solution Architect to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role combines deep expertise in Microsoft technologies with strong business acumen to drive the pre-sales process, engage with clients, and design customized IT solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams and client-facing functions, ensuring the successful positioning of our Microsoft-based services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and scalable solutions using the Microsoft technology stack to address client requirements.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demos, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team during the pre-sales lifecycle to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients to present solutions, address technical queries, and ensure alignment with their business goals.
  • Work with internal technical teams to develop detailed proposals, solution architecture, statements of work (SoWs), and project estimations.
  • Stay up to date on Microsoft product releases, feature updates, and evolving technologies across cloud, collaboration, and security portfolios.
  • Package and enhance existing in-house IPs/solutions and develop reusable solution components.
  • Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Microsoft team on joint go-to-market efforts and pre-sales initiatives.

Technical Skills and Product Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Office 365 (O365) solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure including IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft security tools such as Intune, DLP, Microsoft Defender, and Endpoint Management.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications, including Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Business Central (BC).
  • Experience with SharePoint and/or .NET development will be considered a strong advantage.
