Education
Masters/Bachelors/Btech Degree or Equivalent
Work Experience
1. Should have Minimum 3 years experience in a consultative environment preferred
2. Should have Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role handling large teams
3. Experience in rollout and maintenance of telecom infrastructure & Sales
4. Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience
5. Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects
6. Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities
Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
Role Description:
Service Delivery
1. Complete Responsibility of monitoring and driving Operations SIA at Branch Level
2. Drive implementation of operational policies and procedures at Branch Level.
15. Establish measure of performance and monitor performance of Operations staff
16. Design and implement customer Relationship management strategy with a view to increase customer retention.
17. To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships
Sales:
1. To ensure Achievement of budgeted Gross Adds, ARPU & Revenue targets as per AOP.
2. To acquire High ARPU subscriber base by maintaining higher level of Customer Satisfaction
3. Review enquiries on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with Sales team
4. Submit periodic market intelligence report to Head Retail Business on Market trends, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices
5. To manage the team of Sales Executives for daily business operations and their growth planning
6. To penetrate business opportunities from existing N/w areas
7. To ensure adequate brand visibility across assigned territory
8. Recruitment & retention of Sales Team, identifying channel partners and driving channel sales teams for retail sales/Enterprise sales.
9. Process & document compliance while performing business operations
10. To demonstrate ability for next level & content of leadership
11. To plan and rollout network in coordination with network team as per business requirements in the potential Areas.
12. To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships
