Job Summary
Drive efforts to ensure best engineering practices at quality, performance, design and operations frontsLead system design discussions and ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are metEnsure high performance, reliability, and availability of all software servicesDevelop a repository of technical solutions, technical best practices and design/coding guidelines/standards.Develop and implement high and low-level system design for newer projectsPlan deliveries, estimate efforts and identify risks to meet project schedulesDrive technology innovations & remaining ahead of the curveDesign and develop infrastructure for monitoring and logging for all deployed softwareCoordinate with internal teams to understand data processing pipelines and provide technical solutionsOwn the hiring process for engineering team by close coordination with EE teamSet clear and objective goals for the team & conduct regular review sessionsEffectively lead teams of junior developers and ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated linting, etc
Experience Required :
