Job Summary
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates, conduct new employee orientations, process paperwork
- Agreements with vendors, onboarding vendors of clubs bars resorts
- Planning activity calendar ( Setting Up Events)
- Socialising events where everyone can speak with a calendar of events like New year sankranthi Deepawali decoration and budgeting accordingly and find vendors for the same.
- Any events or team outings to plan for our employees and pitching in our daily emails.
