Job Description:

• Good grasping power, which helps to understand client expectation, generates leads and conversion. Opening new facilitation centres. Should have experience in developing new franchisee / facilitation centers.
• Responsible for coordination, planning, presentation, evaluation and business development activities. Identifying problems of existing and new clients.
• Achieving and exceeding business goals and targets. Decide and implement regions specific innovative strategies to meet business targets.
• Identification of opportunities for expansion and client management.
• Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
• Design and expertise into channel sales and development of District coordinators across states.
• Team handling, management and problem solving.
• Queried handling and ability to sustain a conversation.
• Proficient use of Excel, Word and Power point presentation, Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook
• Effective time management to finish the work scheduled in time.
