Job Description Sr Visualization Analyst Description: At Atyeti, data is foundational to everything we do, but even the best analysis depends on great visualization to communicate effectively. We are looking for a Sr Visualization Analyst to join our highly skilled data teams in providing data solutions for our financial services clients. This is a hybrid role bridging data science and graphic design, and as such we are expecting to see samples of work. Design experience, technical experience and statistical knowledge are all equally important for this role. What You ll Do: Work as a core member of a quantitative analysis and artificial intelligence team. Work directly with non-technical or semi-technical business stakeholders to produce tools and dashboards that solve problems, alert them to issues, and communicate often complex relationships. Take point on issues of visualization performance, requirements from the data team and stakeholders Produce mockups and iterate with both technical and non technical teams to produce well-designed solutions Play a role in thought leadership as we expand our data and analytics capabilities Work with your team to design dashboards which enable monitoring and early warning for large, complex, real-time analytic systems What You Have: 5-7 years of experience in a mix of data, statistical, and design roles Experience with various data types (unstructured, relational, graph, timeseries) Have worked with performant visualizations of large scale data sets Excellent complex SQL skills Python data management skills Excellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, typography, color, interaction design and fluency with Adobe tools. Strong statistical skills Exposure to Agile software development Ability to communicate technical concepts and issues with non-technical business Strong Tableau, javascript, D3js, html/css, Angular Bonus: Experience in quantitative financial analysis Azure / Databricks / Snowflake certifications Regulatory experience Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor's or Master's degree is CS or related field with at least 2 years of industry experience Additional Information Nice to Have: Good Interpersonal skills with experience of working with people spread across locations / time-zones Good written and oral communication skills. Experience of working in Investment Banking Technology Should be able to work independently and within team Ability to work effectively under pressure, challenging deadlines
