Job Summary WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Defining visual language for products based on their brand languageDesigning design system guidelines for the product to be used across the entire product and various platforms like web and mobileTo add delight to products by designing elements like icons, illustrations, animation, etc based on the product visual languageConsult various designers internally for visual design direction of the products they might be designingBranding and website designParticipate in social media marketing (occasionally)MUST HAVES:5+ years of experience, not including schooling.A degree from a design school or equivalent experienceExcellent communicator. You must be fluent in speaking and writing EnglishOutstanding portfolio showing hands-on UI track record.Experience designing stunning UI for enterprise web/mobile applications and/or consumer web/mobile applicationsExpert knowledge of Interaction Design, UI Design, Motion Design, Visual Design.Proven experience of deriving visual language for products from scratch and creating design systemsAble to guide the team with respect to visual design directionGood with illustration and motion design (nice to have)Expert at tools such as Figma and IllustratorExperience working with remote teamAble to multitask and work on multiple products at once.Require very little direction.
