Responsibility:

• Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.
• Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees.
• Team Development, facilitating staff learning training, and development
• Control or evaluate the performance of the team.
• Problem-solving and handling circumstances.
• Develop and utilize personal relationships with team members.
