The Audi Customer Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in driving high degree of customer satisfaction and ensuring a unique brand experience for the customers at the Audi dealership.
Ø Customer Relation Management: Drive and sustain customer connect through various channels such as tele calling, email communication, SMS blasts on customer specific special occasions, festivals, and through other communications on various Audi offerings and events.
Ø Customer Feedback Management: Responsible for seeking, capturing, and analyzing customer feedback at both the pre-sales and post-sales stage to understand customer satisfaction levels with the overall dealership experience, and highlighting key customer issues to dealership management.
Ø Enquiry Management: Manage the capture and appropriate allocation of tele-in and web based enquiries received at the dealership to the sales team,
