Job Summary

The Approved Plus Manager directs and manages the processes of his department at the Audi dealership. By motivating the team and ensuring their continuous development, he/she ensures that the volume and profit targets agreed with the management of the dealership are achieved and that the customer receives an excellent experience.

The major responsibilities of the Approved Plus Manager are:

Leadership and Team Management: Manage allocation of team targets and sales KPIs within the Approved Plus team and monitor progress against targets. Provide guidance and support to department members through the procurement to sales cycle and ensure efficient coordination with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of required processes. Conduct annual, quarterly and monthly business overview analysis (target vs. achievement) and performance analysis for the Approved Plus department

Vehicle Sales: Drive efforts of team and individual consultants and evaluators to ensure achievement of department targets. Support Used Car Evaluator in price discovery and negotiation with the customer. Support issue resolution and objection handling when the Trade-In / Trade-Out Sales Consultant required additional clarity

Process Adherence: Ensure appropriate completion of used car certification process to certify Audi Approved Plus used cars. Ensure complete adherence to Audi Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure minimal sales complaints as prescribed by Audi India.

People Management: Ensure completion of all training and performance management activities of the team in line with Audi guidelines
