Job Summary

The Sales Manager directs and manages the processes of his sales team at the Audi dealership. By motivating the team and ensuring their continuous development, he/she ensures that the volume and profit targets agreed with the management of the dealership are achieved and that the customer receives an excellent sales experience.

The major responsibilities of the Sales Manager are:

Leadership and Team Management: Manage allocation of team targets and sales KPIs within the sales team and monitor progress against targets. Provide guidance and support to the Sales Consultants through the sales cycle to ensure high lead conversion ratio.

Vehicle Sales: Own Margin retention for the vehicle sales as define by the dealers. Responsible for ensuring timely receipt of payment and collections for customers for his/her team. Support incremental business opportunities for the dealership by evaluating for cross-selling possibilities.

Process Adherence: Take ownership of the sales process adherence by his/her team as per Audi Sales Operating Procedures. Ensure minimal sales complaints as prescribed by Audi India.

People Management: Ensure completion of all training and performance management activities of the team in line with Audi guidelines
