Job Summary

Job Description

  • Plan and execute the IT recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization.
  • Able to hire resource within the TAT(Turn Around Time)
  • Able to source apt quality profiles.
  • Facilitate the entire IT recruitment cycle and participate in the selection process.
  • Source profiles via Job Portals, Professional Network Websites and -Social Networks.
  • Screen profiles according to technical fitment, behavioral fitment, stability, etc.
  • Complete pre and post recruitment formalities.
  • Negotiate with candidates for salaries, notice period, etc.
  • Deliver results, even under short notice.
  • Work with technical team to schedule and organize interviews.
  • Follow up with the resources until they join.
  • Achieve & excel Targets monthly.
  • Will be working on both permanent and contract staffing.
  • Experience in Onsite hiring will be added advantage.
