Job Summary:

We are building an Augmented Reality Chat BOT that is a Digital you who would have your personality, a best friend, a memory of yours, creating a positive uplift in all aspects of your life by making useful recommendations that is fun with emotions. Your role will be to take ownership of the chatbot Content architecture working in partnership with designers, engineers, and product managers. You will develop and iterate on hundreds of conversation types to ensure effortless and delightful interactions. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of Chat BOT, users with varied personas, human emotions and analyze interactions for the chatbot. You will also identify and implement ways to improve the responses and surrounding experience ensuring that each conversation is as effective and satisfying. In this role, you will work with a team responsible for building use cases, scenarios, dialogues, and discussions to help train AI technology about the elements of human conversation and behavior. If you have a passion for social psychology, social persuasion, behavioral economics, choice architecture, and information architecture this might be yours to take part in something unique. Responsibilities include: qualitative and quantitative analysis, research plan development, project management, as well as building uses cases and discussion guides.

Responsibilities:

• Review the current state of our chatbot copy and conversational patterns.
• Improve chatbot interactions by learning about and shaping the user experience.
• Create journeys and flows for users and establish the chatbot as a trusted, accurate channel.
• Architect clear, natural conversation flows with compelling, understandable copy to improve the simplicity, helpfulness, and ease of use of our chatbot.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product and visual designers, and researchers to design, implement, and iterate on intents.
• Understand and explain the intricacies and logic behind our chatbot intents
• Create Content Strategies, Conversational scripts, Create guidelines and Structure for the conversation, copy and flow Research, test and quantify
• Organize work, content, mentor and lead other remote content writers
• Ability to understand and provide visual human emotion gestors and expressions using AI working with developer and other teams.

Skills:

• 1+ year s conversation design, service design, interaction design, or UX design or appropriate research experience
• Bachelor s Degree with psychology/ linguistics/ journalism in writing, design, human-computer interaction / human factors
• Strong information architecture, content strategy, content development, or writing experience preferably with a focus on chatbot experiences a plus
• Excellent writing skills - be able to write concise and digestible copy and suggest edits to AI chatbot copy with empathy and compassion
• Strong analytical skills
• Organized and accountable with high attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to work independently and with remote team in a fast-paced environment
• EA portfolio of work you have done (writing samples, interface content, microcopy, or even style guides)
• Preference who has studied Vedanta.
