Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced creative writer that loves writing content! As a CX expert, your primary role will be to think from the perspective of the user and determine how our conversational chatbot can be designed to engage in multiple conversations about the human experience and provide psychological and spiritual knowledge to our users.

Additionally, the CX expert is a leadership role that will

1.) Define the content department's future direction, standards, and best practices

2.) ensure the research and engineer teams are aligned with the content department s project objectives and goals

3.) project manage a team of copywriters.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining content direction.
  • Writing content for our Chabot.
  • Managing the conversational flows.
  • Shaping the ConvAI chatbots identity.
  • Ensuring content consistency.
  • Evangelize the brand identity in design
  • Content project management.
  • Copywriter hiring and training.
  • Defining content department best practices and standards.
  • Engaging with the research and engineer teams.

Skills:

  • Passion for creative writing
  • An interest in psychology or spirituality
  • General knowledge of CX design
  • +1 year in a CX design role preferred
  • University/College degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate)
Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
