Responsibilities:

• Independently handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with both Sales and Technical teams on an ongoing basis, to ensure project requirement are clearly defined, met and understood.
• Providing team with all information pertaining to objectives, strategies, and other project-related issues in order to give visibility to progress and development of the game
• Work effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues/departments to complete projects within timeframe and budget.
• Review the files and drive for client approval process.
• Communicate directly with clients on timelines, process & deliverables.
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, briefing meetings, project status and deliverable reviews.
• Report to the CEO.

Skills:

• Prior experience at gaming/ marketing and advertising agency/Production Company, or Entertainment Company with AR Background
• 5-9 years of experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties.
• A strong understanding of product company processes
• Additionally proficient in several of the design programs Adobe suite of creativity software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be adept at problem solving and thinking quick on his/her feet
• Natural leadership ability and skills
• Strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines
• Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
