UI/UX DESIGNER

Job Summary:

As a visual designer you will be responsible for designing User Interface in a fast-paced, agile, startup environment. You will be interacting with our engineering, product/program management, and marketing staff to successfully go from early-stage product concepts to launch of our apps and websites. You will create visually appealing, user friendly, consistent and crisp user interfaces for developers while having a great time.

Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design UI for Mobile and Web applications with a special focus on Data Visualizations.
• Obsess over the details of the interaction, visual, and motion design.
• Work with product managers to define requirements, not just translate them to design.
• You will ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator or any Visual design tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

Skills:

• Proven UI experience at least for 3 years.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design andwire-framing tools
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
