Job Summary

Role: Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set sales targets and goals for the team and individual team members.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their targets and meet the performance of each employee.

• Engage in networking and business development activities to expand the bank's customer base.

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the bank's overall business objectives.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations for team members.

• Drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets and other sales-related goals.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Should have minimum 1 year of experience in Affordable Housing Loans

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of effective sales methodologies, and techniques.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines to ensure sales practices


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - housing Finance skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - High school or equivalent or higher education

    Required - Located in Tamil Nadu

    Experience Required :

    1 to 5 Year
