M. Pharm Pharmacology with 5 - 10 years experience

Job Description, Key Skills and Competencies:

Design, develop and execute pre-clinical oncology models to generate invivo pharmacology data including efficacy, tolerability, PK/PD and biomarker endpoints. Plan and prepare study protocol and execute in-vivo pharmacology and extend support for in-vitro cell culture work related pharmacology efficacy studies. Responsible for ex-vivo experimental and molecular biology techniques such as IHC, ELISA and biochemical assays is a plus. Compile raw data, data analysis and interpretation of results and report preparation. Monitor associate studies and extend support in data analysis and reporting. Prepare and review SOPs in coordination with QA department. Understanding of systems and process pertaining to safety, health and environment.
