Research Associate Dmpk (bioanalytical) Job in Aurigene Discovery Technologies

Desired Profile:

M. Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) / M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 2- 5 years experience

Job Description, Key Skills and Competencies:

• Expert in method development of generic molecules as well NCEs using LCMS/MS system.
• Experience of handling various makes of LC-MS/MS systems like Sciex, Waters, Thermo, etc., and performing bioanalysis in vitro ADME and PK study samples
• Well versed with various extraction techniques like SPE, LLE and PPT for molecules from various matrices like plasma/urine/ tissues.
• Strong in basics of all instruments, principles of chromatography, sample processing.
• Experience of conducting in vitro ADME experiment like metabolic stability, PPB, CYP inhibition and animal dosing and sampling
• Good understanding of basic pharmacokinetic principles and their applied aspect to drug discovery
• Conduct of in vitro ADME / cell based permeability is added advantage
• Well versed with software system like Microsoft office, WinNonlin, Graph Pad Prism usage
