Job Description, Key Skills and Competencies:
- Develop and characterize mouse models of cancer, delivering in-vivo PK/ PD screening cascades to support lead optimization, and in-vivo efficacy studies to support dose and schedule optimization.
- Responsible for dose formulation, animal handling, blood collection, animal surgery, and tissue collection/processing.
- Diligent record keeping, experience with cell culture techniques and to design, analyse, and interpret study results.
- Responsible for in-vivo models of oncology, including subcutaneous and orthotopic xenografts and syngeneic models.
- Understanding of systems and process pertaining to safety, health and environment.
