Job Summary
Area monitoring, cleaning, and maintenance of Pharmaceutical Drug Product Development Lab including Equipments. Should be skilled enough to support day to day operational activities of Pharmaceutical Drug product Development Lab using Equipments like fluid bed processors, rapid mixer granulator, roller compactor, blender, compression machine, coating machine, capsule filling machine, mills, Spray driers, packing machines & IPQC equipments etc. Should have good understanding of cGMP requirements of a drug product manufacturing facility. Should be good in documentation with online entries and maintenance of equipment user logbook and log cards. Adherence to systems as per SOP s. Support formulation scientist to carry active and inactive developmental activities by operating the Equipments. Maintenance of product development stores area with all systems, controls and inventory. Co-ordinate with engineering personnel and external vendors for maintenance of lab equipment. Handling of maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment and instrument at pharmaceutical development lab. Handling of calibration activity for all measuring devices of pharmaceutical development lab. Appropriate handling of safety related aspects at the shop floor.
