Position Title: Business Analyst (1 2 Years Experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions
• Lead regular reviews of workflows and propose optimization strategies to enhance efficiency
• Stay informed about the latest IT advancements and automation tools to modernize systems
• Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations clearly
• Analyze data and effectively share insights with stakeholders and management
• Perform detailed requirements gathering and analysis
• Document processes, findings, and plans with accuracy and clarity
• Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment
• Provide leadership, training, and support to junior staff members as needed
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and functional requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate deliverables
• Manage projects by developing plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion
• Maintain, update, and implement business procedures and documentation
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and resource availability
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users to facilitate communication
• Balance competing priorities and resources effectively to meet project deadlines
