Job Summary

Job Role:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role in aSaaScompany, inclusive of both ongoing customer value-oriented efforts, as well as renewals and commercial ownership.
  • Minimum 3+years using Salesforce. Admin or Developer certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Release Management for Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with CI/ CD, ALM Integration, CRM, SCM, VCS, Release Automation, Branching Strategy, Sprint, Agile, DevOps
  • Willing to travel for onsite customer meetings. 80/20 home to travel ratio.
  • Excellent oral and written communication loves building strong customer relationships.
  • Comfortable answering technical questions during demos, training sessions, and webinars.
  • Previous experience in creating/maintaining a user community or certification program desired.
  • Skilled at creating documentation, KB articles, email templates.
  • Experience in using Office 365 Tool Suite, especially PPT, WORD, EXCEL.
  • Familiarity with Support tools likeZoHo, Zendesk, TFS, Jira, Strikedeck, ChurnZero.
  • Can work with little supervision, is goal-driven, a self-starter, able to understand complex IT-related concepts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with assigned accounts to ensure accountability for your customers success.
  • Drive retention and growth, including upselling, among all customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Oversee successful rollout of AutoRABIT to increase our customer Salesforce deployment efficiency.
  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each customer and drive the continued value of our products and services.
  • Work in tandem with customer to ensure performance against key metrics and provide data analysis
  • Advocate for our customer needs and share feedback cross-departmentally.
  • Proactively manage account escalations with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Adhere to internal set controls.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the high-tech industry.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
