Job Summary

Job Role

Responsibilities of being a part of this team are to identify the organic leads from inbound and outbound sources. One would be responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, presenting, and communicating data related to prospective customers identified.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying & generating opportunities for Sales & Pre-Sales team
  • Identify & analyze inbound prospects and leads from onset marketing tools periodically.
  • Create persona-based prospects repositories and roll-out database management processes periodically
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that are to be processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system (Salesforce.)
  • Manage data for new and prospects within CRM, ensuring all information stays accurate
  • Lead classification, conversion tracking, and buyers journey analysis of targeted personas for MQL qualification
  • Ensure proper marketing communication that resonates with potential customers for adequate lead conversion
  • Periodic knowledge escalation of data collected and analyzed to the team in the hierarchy
  • Nurture or Re-Nurture prospects and qualified leads from the existing database or CRM
  • Maintain database integrity for Outbound Campaigns
  • Re-validate existing database on a periodic basis or as the need arise

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excel Knowledge highly recommended
  • Adequate knowledge of Inbound marketing practices & tools
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge will be an add-on
  • 0 1.5 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation

Education and Qualifications

  • PGDM/MBA or similar management qualification recommended

Experience: Freshers-2 Years

Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
